WITNESSETH: A. Grantor is ��the owner of the real property described in Exhibit "A" hereto. B. Grantor wishes to grant to the Grantees a non-exclusive, general utility easement on the terms set forth herein. NOW TIiEREFORE, for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor hereby grants to the Grantees, and each of them, and their respective successors and assigns, a non-exclusive easement over, under and across those two (2) parcels of real property (collectively, the "Easement Property") more par�icularly described as "Easement A" and "Easement B" in Exhibit "B" hereto. The grant of the easement over, under and across the Easement Property shall be for general utility purposes including, without limitation, the right to install, operate, maintain and service water and sewer lines, electric transmission and distribution lines, telephone lines, gas transmission lines, an.d cable television lines, and all facilities appurtenant to any such utility lines.
