The undersigned Grantor, LITTLE CLUB CONDOMINIUM
ASSOCIATION, INC., owner of the premises described below, in
consideration of the payment of $1.00 and other good and valuable
consideration, the adequacy and receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged., does hereby grant and give to Grantee, VILLAGE OF

and assigns, a permanent easement for the construction, repair,
installation and maintenance of water utility facilities including,
but not limited to raw water transmission mains and related
appurtenances, over, in, upon, across and on the property described
as follows:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED �ERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
Together with the right from time to time to reconstruct, alter,
improve, and remove such facility or any portion of it, and
together with all rights and privileges necessary or convenient for
the use of the easement granted hereby, and the right of ingress
and egress for personnel and equipment of the VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA,
its contractors, agents, successors or assigns, over the adjoining
lands of the undersigned for the purpose of exercising and enjoying
the rights granted by this Easement;
Reserving unto the Grantor all underlying �ights as fee simple
owner including, but not limited to, ingress and egress to
Grantor's property.
