TOGETHER with all the appurtenances and all the estates and rights of
the Grantors in and to said property, it being the intention of the
Grantors to convey said land for roadway purposes and pedestrian and
vehicular ingress and egress, and for the purpose that Grantee shall
conform said roadway tostandards for roadways of its type and shall
maintain said roadway in perpetuity.
TO HAVE AND TO �iOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that the Grantors

presents the day and year first above written as set forth on Schedule A,
incorporated herein by this reference.
ACCEPTANCE BY VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA
Grantee hereby agrees to accept the property herein ceded for the
purposes herein expressed and covenants to bring said roadway to standards
as required and shall thereafter maintain said roadway in perpetuity.
