first party has in and to the following described lot, piece or

� The Property shall only be used for common area purposes
of the Tequesta Country Club Community Association.
Said first party, expressly reserves unto themselves,
their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, an easement in
and to the above-described property, such easement being described
in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof for the
existence of a remote pressure cabinet to measure water pressure
and far ingress and egress in order to maintain and
monitar such remote pressure cabinet.
Subject to easements, restrictions, reservations,
limitations and �edications ef �ecord.
To Have and to �iold the same together. with all and
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien,
equity and claim whatsoever of the said first party, either in law
or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said
second party forever.

AGREEMENT TO PAY REAL E�TATE TAXES
THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this 2�� day of ����/n?�—,
1991 by and between THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA ("Seller") and TEQUESTA
COUNTRY CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not
for profit ("Buyer").
W I T N E 8 8 E T H:
WHEREAS, Seller desires to sell and Buyer desires to purchase
the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a
part hereof; (the "Property") and
WHEREAS, in consideration of the above conveyance, Buyer has
agreed to pay any past due real property taxes that may be owing on
the Property.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration af the above and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00), the adequacy and receipt of
which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. As part of the consideration for the purchase of the
Property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof, Buyer agrees to pay any real property taxes that may be due
on the property and agrees to indemnify Seller from and against any
and all liability that Seller may incur if and when it is
determined that real property taxes are owed or are delinquent on
the Property.
IN WZTNESS WHEREOF, the parties have set their hands and seals

TERMINATION OF LEASTs
This Agreement is entered into this 2N�day of ���.�'Y1� 1991 by
� and between the VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, a municipal corporation
("Lessor") and the TEQUESTA COUNTRY CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION,
INC., a Florida corporation not for profit ("Lessee").
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAB, Lessor did enter into that certain Lease Agreement dated
May 24, 1977 (the "Lease"); and
WHEREAS, Lessor, pursuant to that certain Quit Claim Deed of even
date herewith, conveyed all of its interest and title inta that
certain property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto (the
"Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Property is subject to the Lease between the parties
and pursuant to the above referenced conveyance of the Property,
the parties desire to terminate the Lease.
NOW TBEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained
herein and other good and valuable consideration, the adequacy and
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree hereto
- as follows:
1. That the Lease dated0$ 2,Li l� between Lessor and Lessee is
hereby terminated and of no fur her force and effect.
