wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared THOMAS G.
BRADFORD, who, upon being first duly sworn by me on oath says:
1. That he is the Village Manager of VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, a
municipal corporation, and is making this Affidavit on behalf of the corporation.
2. That VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, is the
owner of the following-described property ("Property'�:
SEE EXHISBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF.
3. That there has been no labor perfomaed or materials fumished on or about the
Property for the past ninety days for which payment has not as yet been made and that there are
no mechanics', materialmen's or laborers' liens agains� the Property.
4. That there are no violations of municipal ordinances pertaining to the Property.
5. That there are no leases in effect with respect to the Property and that the fee
owner of the Property is the only person or entity in possession thereof.
6. That there are no unrecorded easements or claims of easements affecting the
Property.
7. That at the time of the execution of this Affidavit there are no matters pending
against Affiant that could give rise to a lien that would attach to the Property between August 3,
1998 at 8:00 a.m. and the recording of the Special Warranty Deed, and further that Affiant has
not executed, and covenants not to execute any instrument that would adversely affect title to the
Property.
8. Tha.t this Affidavit is made for the purpose of inducing LODESTAR REAI.,TY,
INC., a Delaware corporation, to purchase the Property, and FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE
