Beacn, hereinafter called tne Grantor, and the VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA,
FLORIDA, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the
State of Florida, County of Palm Beach, whose mailing address is
250 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469, hereinafter called the
Grantee:
W I T N E S S E T H
That the Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations to it
in hand paid by said Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, to Grantee, its successors and assigns
forever, a permanent easement for the construction and continued
operation, maintenance, repair, alteration, inspection and
replacement of all Storm Sewer Pipe, together with incidental
equipment, attachments and any other necessary appurtenances
pertaining thereto, over, on, upon, across, under and through such
of the premises belonging respectively to said Grantor, located in
the Village of Tequesta, County of Palm Beach, State of Florida,
said property being described as follows:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED
TOGETHER WITH all rights of ingress and egress necessary for
the full and complete use, occupation and enjoyment of the easement
hereby granted, and all rights, privileges and appurtenances
incidental thereto.
Grantee shall be responsible for the inspection and
' maintenance of the Storm Sewer and associated facilities and shall
repair any damage to Grantor's property caused by the location of
the Storm Sewer or associated facilities on said property.

20 FOOT DRAINAGE EASEMENT
A 20.00 foot wide strip of Iand being the Eost 20.00 feet of the North
390.00 feet of Parcel 1 of the plat of TEQUESTA GARDENS SECTION "B"
as recorded in Plat Book 29, Page 3 of the Public Records in and for
Paim Beach County, Florida and lying in Section 25, Township 40 South,
Range 42 East, Village of Tequesta, Palm Beach County, Florida.
