EASEMENT DEED
THIS EASEMENT DEED, executed th �t� �day of '� ��A �G�r`,, , 1997, by
C S.K.L. ENTERPRISES, INC., a Florida corporation (Grantor), to the VILLAGE OF
TEQUESTA, whose address is PO Box 3 2 7 3, Teaue s ta , FL (Grantee):

WITNESSETH:
The Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars, and
other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged does
hereby grant and give to the Grantee a non-exclusive easement forever for the
construction, operation and perpetual maintenance of a sign for advertising and
identifying the Village of Tequesta only, to be installed and maintained from time to
time with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, enlarge, repair, maintain and remove
such sign on the following described property (the "Properiy") in the County of Palm
Beach, State of Florida:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Grantee will submit any and all construction plans
� and specifications to the Grantor, its successors, or assign, for prior comment. Grantee
shall not construct any sign which would unduly block from public view the business and
signage of Grantor, its successors or assigns. Grantee agrees to restore the Property to its
original condition, at no cost to Grantor, its successors or assigns, after any construction,
reconstruction, improvements, maintenance, repairs or other work performed by or at the
request of Grantee. Grantee further agrees to indemnify and hold Grantor, its successors
or assigns, harmless from any liability, including costs, expenses, damages or other
claims which may result from Grantees use of the easement, except that this

indemnification shall not waive or limit Grantees rights and defenses provided by the
_ sovereign immunity statutes of the State of Florida. The easement and the rights of
Grantee herein set forth shall be those of the Grantee only and shall not be transferred,
assigned or conveyed.
