VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA
PLANNING AND ZONING ADVISORY BOARD MEETING
LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY MEETING
The Plannin; and Zonin� Advisory Board of the Villa�e of Tequesta will conduct a Public Hearin� in the Villa�e Hall
located at the Villa�e Council Chambers located at 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida on November 20, 2014, at 5:30
p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible and continuin� from time to time and place to place as necessary to act upon the
following development application{s):
SPM 12-14: CDG Holding Company LLC application for a site plan modification to install a free standing
monument si�n. The address of thL proposed application is 521 Old Dixie Hi�hway, Tequesta, Florida 33469.
Immediately followin� the Plannin� and Zonin� Advisory Board Public Hearin�, the Planning and Zonin� Advisory Board
sittin� as the Local Plannin� A�ency of the Village of Tequesta will conduct a Public Hearin� in the Village Council
Chambers located at 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469, continuing from time to time and place to place as
necessary to consider and make recommendations to the Villa�e Council re�arding the following proposed ordinance:
ORDINANCE NO. 21-14
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA,
FLORIDA, ADOPTING A SMALL SCALE AMENDMENT TO ITS COMPREHENSIVE
DEVELOPMENT PLAN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANDATES SET FORTH IN
SECTION 1633187, ET SEQ., FLORIDA STATUTES, PURSUANT TO A VILLAGE
INITIATED AMENDMENT NO. LUPA 1-14 WHICH PROVIDES FOR AN AMENDMENT
TO THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP, DESIGNATING ONE POINT FIVE THREE ONE SIX
(1.5316) ACRES MORE OR LESS OF LAND RECENTLY ANNEXED 1NT0 THE VILLAGE
LOCATED AT 3774, 3764 AND 3754 COUNTY LINE ROAD, AS "MEDILTM DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL"; PROVIDING FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS OF
CHAPTER 163, FLORIDA STATUTES; PROVIDING A CONFLICTS CLAUSE AND A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDiNG AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
Related documents are available for inspection and copyin� in the office of the Viila�e Clerk at the Village Hall, Monday
throu�h Friday during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Public Hearin�s may be continued from time to
time, as necessary. All interested persons wre encouraged to come to the Pub1_ic Hearings and be heard.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board or the Local Plannin� Agency
with respect to any matter considered at such meetings or hearin�s, he or she will need to insure that a verbatim record of the
proceedings is made, which record should include the testimony and evidence from which the appeal is to be based. The
Villa�e of Tequesta does not provide such a record.
