Alton Pullon Day
WHEREAS, Alton Pullon joine� the cuU scouts when he was a second graeier,
��uring a chaotic family time when their roof was lost to Hurricane Francis; �n��,
WHEREAS, Aiton has demonstrated and maintained commitment ana focus for
the past 10 years working toward the rank of Eagle Scout. Alton successfully Uuilt
a raptor cage for River Bend Park during his Eagle project, and officiallv received
his Eagle Scout position on Septeinber 15, 2014; anc.�,
WHEREAS, Altoil has learned inany life skills, served his co�ununity ana has
impressed inany, incluaing the Village of Tequesta and its Mayor. His disposition,
leadership qualities and moral values can be seen in his preparations for anv
prc�ject th�t coines his way; an��l,
WHEREAS, Alton enjoys memories encampassing camping, church outings,
playing in his middle school and youth bands and, has been fortunate to attend
camping trips to Sikorsky; and,
WHEREAS, Alton's energetic deineanor ana strong faith make him reverent in his
life's choices, attending church and being the amazing person he is;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED that the Village of Tequesta
recognizes Alton Pullon and the commitment he has made to better himself and
his communitv.
THEREFORE, the Village of Tequesta proclaims December 13, 2014 as Alton
Pullon Day in the Village.
