ORDINANCE N0. 109
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 43 AND THE ZONING MAP
THEREUNDER TO INCLUDE THE ZONING OF A PARCEL OF
LAND ANNEXED TO THE TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF THE
VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA BY ORDINANCE N0. 108.
WHEREAS, by Ordinance numbered 108, a certain parcel of land
more particularly described in a Petition attached to said Ordinance,
was duly annexed to the territorial limits of the Village of Tequesta,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Village Council to establish
the zoning for the parcel of land so annexed under the Zoning Ordinance
of the Village, being Ordinance No. 43, as amended; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of said Ordinance No. 43,
a public hearing was duly held on May 21, 1965, concerning the zoning
of said parcel of land;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the parcel of land annexed by Ordinance No.
108, be zoned as R-2, and the zoning map be amended accordingly.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby, repealed.
SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its passage and approval as provided by law.
