AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF
TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, ANNEXING
CERTAIN LANDS TO THE TERRITORIAL
LIMITS OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 95, duly adopted by the Village
Council of the Village of Tequesta on the 13th day of October, 1964,
the Village did declare its intention under the provisions of Florida
Laws 1961, Chapter 61-2944, to annex certain lands more fully described
in said Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Village has complied with the provisions and
requirements of said Ordinance, the Charter of the Village of Tequesta,
and the laws of Florida, and no objections have beat raised to the
aforesaid intentions by the owner of said parcel of land;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA:
Section l: That the parcel of land hereinafter described
is hereby annexed and incorporated into the Village of Tequesta, with
the same force and effect as though the same had been originally
incorporated into the territorial boundaries thereof, the same being
described as follows:
A parcel of land in Government Lot 2, Section 30, Township
40 South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County, Florida,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the centerline of U. S. Highway
No. 1 (State Road No. 5), 1975.19 feet Southerly, (measured
along the centerline of U. S. Highway No. 1) from the
intersection of the North line of said Section 30 with
the centerline of U. S. Highway No. l; thence Westerly,
along a line parallel to the North line of Section 30,
a distance of 604.89 feet; thence Northwesterly, along
a line parallel to the centerline of U. S. Highway No. 1,
a distance of 250 feet; thence Westerly, along a line
parallel to the North line of Section 30, a distance of
302.44 feet; thence Southeaster~.y, along a line parallel
to the centerline of U. S. Highway No. 1, a distance of
302.44 feet; thence Easterly, along a line parallel to
the North line of Section 30, to a point in the centerline
of U. S. Highway No. 1; thence Northwesterly along said
centerline of U. S. Highway No. 1 to the point of beginning.

Section 2 : That said parcel of land shall be subject to all
of the ordinances, regulations and codes of said Village.
