The CAB shall be composed of five members who shall serve without compensation, appointed by the Village Council. Appointments are for a term of three years. CAB vacancies shall be filled by the Village Council for the unexpired term. The Village Council shall have power to remove any member of the CAB for cause. The Village Council should appoint rivo (2) Alternate Members of the CAB who shall serve when called upon by the Chairman in the absence or disability of any regular member.
