Delray $14,999 2. Jupiter 50,000 3. Lake Park 5,004 . 4. Lake Worth 15,000 5. Pa.lm Beach Gardens 15,000 6. Royal Palm Beach 15,000 I would appear that the limit of $7,500, originally suggested, is on the low side. 4/17/025:51 PM ORDINANCE NO. 574 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE VII.,LAGE CHARTER ARTICLE III SECTION 3.03 (9), SETTING $ AS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT THE VII�LAGE MANAGER MAY SIGN A CONTRACT FOR WITHOUT PRIOR COUNCIL APPROVAL; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Village Charter makes it necessary for the Village to set a maximum amount the Village Manager may sign a contract for without prior Council approval; and NOW, Z�EREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VII.LAGE COUNCIL OF THE VII�LAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA. SECTION I. The Village Manager is hereby authorized to sign contracts in the maximum amount of $ without prior Council approval. SECTION II. Repeal of Ordinances in Conflict. All other Ordina,nces of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, or parts thereof which conflict with this or any part of this Ordinance axe hereby repealed. SECTION III. Codification. This Ordinance shall be codified and made part of the official Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. SECTION IV. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage. TI� FOREGOING ORDINANCE was offered by Councilmember who moved its adoption. The Ordinance was seconded by Councilmember , and upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows.
