RE: LIMITS FOR THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO SIGN CONTRr1CTS
The following is a list of the dollar limits set bp other local muni.cipalities to allow the Village
Manager to sign contracts witihout/prior to Village Council approval, as coIlected by Robbie
Russo;
1. Delray $14,999
2. Jupiter 50,000
3. Lake Park 5,004
. 4. Lake Worth 15,000
5. Pa.lm Beach Gardens 15,000
6. Royal Palm Beach 15,000
I would appear that the limit of $7,500, originally suggested, is on the low side.
