The PLANNING & ZONING ADVISORY BOARD shall consist of five regular members appointed by the Village Council who shall serve without compensation for a term of . In addition to the regular P & Z members, two additional members, to be designated as Alternate No. 1 and Alternate No. 2, shall be appointed to serve in that order at meetings of the P & Z when necessary for any reason and to have at all times three voting members on said P & Z as a quorum. Alternate members shall be appointed for terms. Members of the P & Z shall reside in the Village (with no two members coming from the same Homeowners', Condominium, or Community Association), shall not serve on the Village Council or on any other Village Board or Committee, and shall not be employed by the Village or any of its contractors.
