A public hearing of the Village Council, sitting as the Local Planning Agency, on AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE • VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA AMENDING THE ADOPTED VILLAGE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 163, FLORIDA STATUTES, AND CHAPTERS 9J-5 AND 9J-ll, FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AMENDING TEXT WITHIN THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS ELEMENT PROVIDING FOR POLICIES RELATED TO A NEW ELEMENT (PSFE); CREATING A NEW ELEMENT, PUBLIC SCHOOL FACILITIES ELEMENT (PSFE) ACCORDING TO AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE, COUNTY AND PALM BEACH COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. i. ADJOURNMENT • Recycled Paper Page 2 Local Planning Agency Meeting August 9, 2001 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE AND BE ADVISED: If any person decides to appeal any decision made by this Council with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. PROCEDURES FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION PUBLIC HEARINGS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard on an official agenda item under the section entitled "Public Hearings,: 'subject to the three-minute limitation. COMMUNICATIONS Any citizen is entitled to be heard concerning any matter under the section FROM CITIZENS: entitled "Communications from Citizens," subject to the three-minute limitation. OTHER AGENDA Any citizen is entitled to be heard on any official agenda item when the Village ITEMS: Council calls for public comments, subject to the three minutes limitation. Village Council Meetings are public business meetings and, as such, the Village Council retains the right to limit discussion on any issue. • NOTE: Disabled persons who need an accommodation in order to participate in this Village Council Meeting are requested to contact the Village Clerk's Office at 575-6244 at least three (3) working days before this meeting.
