Per the Village's Pension Ordinance, the Village Council should fill this vacancy. Since Mr. Young's resignation on 12/15/14, I have advertised the opening on Facebook, Twitter, our website, noticed finrice in the Palm Beach Post and reached out to past applicants. We have one interested resident whose application I have attached. RECOMMENDATION: It is my recommendation that Council appoint Mr. Kyle Stone to serve on the Public Safety Pension Board of Trustees for a two-year term ending March 12, 2017.
