The Special Magistrate appointed by the Village Council to hear code compliance cases for the
Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, heard testimony at the Code
Compliance Hearing held on the 26th day of February, 2015, and based on evidence and testimony
presented, entered an Order Finding Violation, Allowing Inspection and Setting Status Hearing. The
following Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order are hereby entered:
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. Respondents are the owners of the above - described property.
2. Respondents were present at the hearing and notice of the hearing was proper.
3. Based upon the evidence, and testimony presented at the hearing on February 26, 2015, the
Special Magistrate found Respondents refused to allow the Village's Building Official or the

Designee of the Village's Building Official to enter and inspect the property and sufficient evidence
that Respondents are in violation of Chapter 14 Article VI Section 14 -52 of the Code of Ordinances
of the Village of Tequesta.
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
The facts stated above provide sufficient evidence that Respondents violated Chapter 14 Article
VI Section 14 -52 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
ORDER
Respondents are hereby ordered to allow the Village of Tequesta's Building Official or the
Designee of the Building Official to enter and inspect the property within ten days of the date of this
order.
If Respondents fail to allow the Village Building Official or Designee of the Village Building
Official to enter and inspect the property within ten days of the date of this order, a fine of up to
$250.00 may be assessed for each day the Village Building Official or Designee of the Village
Building Official is prohibited from entering and inspecting the property.
Respondents are assessed $233.32 for administrative costs incurred by the Village for today's
hearing.
Please take notice that you must appear at the Status Hearing which will be held on the 23rd day
of April, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Village Hall Council Chambers, 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta,
Florida 33469 unless the Code Enforcement Officer certifies that you have timely brought your
property into compliance.
Upon complying in any code compliance matter, it is always the responsibility of the
Respondents to contact the Code Compliance Division at (561) 768 -0506 to request a re-
inspection of the property.
A certified copy of this Order may be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach County,
Florida, and once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the property upon which the violation exists
and upon any other real or personal property owned by Respondents, pursuant to Chapter 162,
Florida Statutes.
