WELCOME! It is anticipated that this will be the last meeting of the Village Council at the 357 Tequesta Drive site. Please note all future meetings and notices will be at the Tequesta Recreation Center, 399 Seabrook Road, Tequesta, Florida. For information regarding procedures for public participation at • Village Council Meetings, please refer to the end of this Agenda. I. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA III. COMMUNICATIONS FROM CITIZENS (Non-Agenda items for public comments are limited to three (3) minutes, please. Anyone wishing to speak is asked to complete a card with the Recording Secretary and, when called, go to the podium and state his/her name for the record prior to addressing the Village Council) IV Discussion with John Zuccarelli, President, JMZ Tequesta Properties, Inc., regarding land swap and property closing. VII ADJOURNMENT Recycled Paper • PLEASE TAKE NOTICE AND BE ADVISED: "If any person decides to appeal any decision made by this Council with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based." PROCEDURES FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION • PUBLIC HEARINGS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard on an official agenda item under the section entitled "Public Hearings," subject to the three-minute limitation. COMMUNICATIONS FROM CITIZENS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard concerning any matter under the section entitled "Communications from Citizens," subject to the three-minute limitation. OTHER AGENDA ITEMS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard on any official agenda item when the Village Council calls for public comments, subject to the three-minute limitation. Village Council Meetings are public business meetings and, as such, the Village Council retains the right to limit discussion on any issue. NOTE: Disabled persons who need an accommodation in order to participate in this Village Council Meeting are requested to contact the Village Manager's Office at 575-6200 at least three (3) working days before this Meeting.
