HomeMy WebLinkAboutNotice_Planning and Zoning_03/19/2015 �. . -� , =3, � PUBLK NOTICE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA PLANNING AND ZONING ADVISORY BOARD MEETING The Planning and Zoning Advisory Board of the Village of Tequesta will conduct a Public Hearing in the Village Hall located at the Village Council Chambers located at 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida on March 19, 2015 at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible and continuing from time to time and place to place as necessary to act upon the following development application(s): SPM 1-15: Application from Hannah's Home of South Florida, Inc. for a minor site plan modification to install a standing seam metal roof instead of a tile roof. This is a minor site plan modification to Phase I of the Master Site Plan. The address of the proposed application is 4390 County Line Road, Tequesta, Florida. SPR 1-15: Application from MGA Tequesta, LLC for a site plan review to build 16 dwelling units in three (3) two-story multifamily buildings in the R-2 zoning district. The application includes a proposed landscape plan, directional and building identification signs, and two (2) entry monument signs. The address of the proposed application is 3754, 3764 & 3774 County Line Road, Tequesta, Florida. Related documents are available for inspection and copying in the office of the Village Clerk at the Village Hall, Monday through Friday during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Public Hearings may be continued from time to time, as necessary. All interested persons are encouraged to come to the Public Hearings and be heard. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board with respect to any matter considered at such meetings or hearings, he or she will need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record should include the testimony and evidence from which the appeal is to be based.
