ASI Paving will be performing the repairs. RESOLUTION NO. 17-15 A RESOLUTION OF THE VII,LAGE COUNCIL OF THE VII,LAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, AWARDING A CONTRACT TO ASI PAVING INCORPORATED IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,920.00 TO COMPLETE THE REPAIIt OF CRACKED CONCRETE AROUND MANHOLES ON EASTWINDS CIItCLE AND AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE VILLAGE PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the Village wants to complete the repair of cracked concrete around manholes on Eastwinds Circle; WHEREAS; the Public Works Department received three bids and ASI Paving Incorporated was the lowest of three bidders; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TI3E VILLAGE COUNCII. OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1 Resolution No. 17-15 is hereby approved awarding a contract to ASI Paving Incorporated in the amount of $11,920.00 to complete the repair of cracked concrete around manholes on Eastwinds Circle; Section 2 This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
