Each bed is approximately 30 feet in length. Trees and palms will remain as is. The intent is to improve the aesthetics of the entry into the community by removing tired landscaping and adding fresh plant material of varying height and color. This request modifies the previously approved site plan. The applicant has provided graphics of the existing and proposed landscape bed design as well as a landscape sketch showing planting design.
