HomeMy WebLinkAboutNotice_Local Planning Agency_04/16/2015 q � _ -s �'%r, � ����, PUBLIC NOTICE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA PLANNING AND ZONING ADVISORY BOARD MEETING LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY MEETING The Planning and Zoning Advisory Board of the Village of Tequesta will conduct a Public Hearing in the Village Hall located at the Village Council Chambers located at 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida on April 16, 2015 at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible and continuing from time to time and place to place as necessary to act upon the following development application(s): SPM 02-15 Application from Tequesta Garden Condominium Association, Inc. for a minor site plan modification. The applicant is requesting to modify a previously approved site plan by replacing two (2) existing front entryway +/- 60 linear foot landscape beds with new landscaping material. The address of the proposed application is 10 Westwood Ave, Tequesta, Florida, 33469. ValleyCrest Landscape Maintenance will act as agent. Immediately following the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board Public Hearing, the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board sitting as the Local Planning Agency of the Village of Tequesta wili conduct a Public Hearing in the Village Council Chambers located at 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469, continuing from time to time and place to place as necessary to consider and make recommendations to the Village Council regarding the following proposed ordinance: ORDINANCE NO. 4-15 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 66. SUBDIVISIONS. OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO REFLECT CHANGES IN THE ADMINISTRATION AND COMPOSITION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT; SHIFTING RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROCESSING SUBDIVISION APPLICATIONS FROM THE BUILDING OFFICIAL TO THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND REVISING THE TERMINOLOGY THROUGHOUT THIS CHAPTER ACCORDINGLY; PROVIDING THAT EACH AND EVERY OTHER SECTION AND SUBSECTION OF CHAPTER 66. SUBDIVISIONS. SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AS PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED; PROVIDING A CONFLICTS CLAUSE, A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, AND AUTHORITY TO CODIFY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. Related documents are available for inspection and copying in the office of the Village Clerk at the Village Hall, Monday through Friday during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Public Hearings may be continued from time to time, as necessary. All interested persons are encouraged to come to the Public Hearings and be heard. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board or the Local Planning Agency with respect to any matter considered at such meetings or hearings, he or she will need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record should include the testimony and evidence from which the appeal is to be based. The Village of Tequesta does not provide such a record.
