NEW BUSINESS A, Ordinance No. 575-First Reading-An Ordinance of the Village Council of the Village of Tequesta, Palm Beach County, Florida, amending the Comprehensive Plan of the Village of Tequesta, Florida in accordance with the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land 3 • Development Regulation Act, as amended, Adopting a Small Scale Development Amendment to the Future Land Use Map in the area designated on the attached exhibit, applying a Commercial Land Use Classification to a portion of real property located at 801 U. S. Highway One containing approximately 0.66 acres; providing for severability; providing for repeal of all ordinances in conflict; providing for codification; providing an effective date.
