Ordinance No. 575-An Ordinance of the Village Council of the Village of Tequesta, Palm Beach County, Florida, amending the Comprehensive Plan of the Village of Tequesta, Florida in accordance with the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act, as amended, Adopting a Small Scale Development Amendment to the Future Land Use Map in the area designated on the attached exhibit, applying a Commercial Land Use Classification to a portion of real property located at 801 U. S. Highway One containing approximately 0.66 acres; providing for severability; providing for repeal of all ordinances in conflict; providing for codification; providing an effective date. Public Notice is hereby given that the Village Council of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing during the Village Council meeting Thursday, September 12, 2002, beginning at 7:00 p.m., in the Village Recreation Center, 399 Seabrook Road, Tequesta, Florida, to consider: - An application submitted to the Village of Tequesta by the Good Shepard Episcopal Church located at 400 Seabrook Road, for a Special Exception as provided by Section X (J), Special Exception Uses, of the Village of Tequesta Zoning Ordinance, Ord. 355, as amended, to allow a 7,000 square foot expansion to an existing sanctuary for a total of 12,656 square feet, within the R1 Single Family Dwelling District. At such time and place, the Village Council will hear all evidence in support of or in opposition to this application. Public Notice is hereby given that the Village Council of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing during the Village Council meeting Thursday, September 12, 2002, beginning at 7:00 p.m., in the Village Recreation Center, 399 Seabrook Road, Tequesta, Florida, to consider: - An application submitted to the Village of Tequesta by the Good Shepard Episcopal Church located at 400 Seabrook Road, for a variance to the terms of the Official Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Tequesta, Ordinance 495, as amended, Section VIII (1=~(~ "Off-Street and On-Street Parking and Loading" from the required 233 spaces to 35 spaces. - t1n application submitted to the Village of Tequesta by the Good Shepard Episcopal Church located at 400 Seabrook Road, for a variance to the Village of Tequesta Comprehensive Zoning Code of the Village of Tequesta, Ordinance 516, as amended, Section VII (C) "Schedule of Site Requirements" to • allow the building height to exceed the 30 foot limitation to a height of 55 feet At such time and place, the Village Council will hear all evidence in support of or in opposition to this application.
