Council of the Village of Tequesta, Palm Beach County, Florida,
amending the Comprehensive Plan of the Village of Tequesta, Florida in
accordance with the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and
Land Development Regulation Act, as amended, adopting a small scale
development amendment to the Future Land Use Map in the area
designated on the attached exhibit, applying a Residential Low Density
Land Use classification to a portion of real property located on the north
side of Riverside Drive, west of and adjacent to a 15.23 acre parcel
referred to as the Rood Property, containing approximately 0.29 acres;
providing for severability; providing for repeal of all ordinances in
conflict; providing for codification; providing an effective date.

Council of the Village of Tequesta, Palm Beach County, Florida,
• amending the Comprehensive Plan of the Village of Tequesta, Florida in

Zoning Map, by amending the Zoning Map to apply a zoning designation

A. Ordinance No. 572-Second Reading and Public Hearing-An Ordinance
of the Village Council of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, amending the
adopted Comprehensive Plan pursuant to Chapter 163, Florida Statutes,
and Chapters 9J-5 and 9J-11, Florida Administrative Code, applying a
residential low density land use classification to a portion of real property
located on the north side of Riverside Drive, west of and adjacent to
Tequesta Pines Subdivision and the southern portion of Chapel Court
Subdivision containing approximately 15.23 acres, providing for a
• revision to the Village's Future Land Use Map; providing for codification,

• C. Discussion regarding Village Council Meeting to review capital projects
and establish stormwater utility rates.-Village Manager Michael R.

D. Resolution No. 38-01/02-A Resolution of the Village Council of the
Village of Tequesta, Palm Beach County, Florida, awarding a change
order to David Brook's Enterprises, of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, in
the amount of $93,953.00, for the purchase and installation of a security
system in the Public Safety Facility at 357 Tequesta Drive for the Police
and Fire Rescue Departments, with funds already budgeted in the Capital
Projects Funds for the construction of the Public Safety Facility, having a
2001/2002 Line Item Amount of $155,555.00, Account Number 303-332-
662-633 and Authorizing the Village Manager to execute the applicable

authorizing the Village Manager to execute the applicable contract on

.may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record
includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

PUBLIC HEARINGS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard on an official agenda
• item under the section entitled "Public Hearings," subject
to the three-minute limitation.

• COMMUNICATIONS Any citizen is entitled to be heard concerning any matter

Citizens," subject to the three-minute limitation.
OTHER AGENDA Any citizen is entitled to be heard on any official agenda
ITEMS: item when the Village Council calls for public comments,
subject to the three-minute limitation.
Village Council Meetings are public business meetings and, as such, the Village Council
retains the right to limit discussion on any issue.
NOTE: Disabled persons who need an accommodation in order to participate in this
Village Council Meeting are requested to contact the Village Clerk's Office at 575-6244
at least three working days before this meeting. Hearing impaired persons please note
that wireless hearing system receivers are available by requesting the same from the
Village Clerk.
