A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR THE ANNUAL BOARDS
AND COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS;
PROVIDING AN EFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
VVHEREAS, on January 23, 2010, the Tequesta Village Council amended its Boards and
Committee Ordinance to make appointments to all the various Boards, Committees, and
Commissions constituted by the Village Council by ordinance or resolution at the regular Village
Council meeting held in May of each year.
WHEREAS, vacancies occurring during the course of the year may be filled by the Village
Council at any time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, THAT:
SECTION 1: The Village Council of the Village of Tequesta hereby appoints and
