Address. 205 -211 Village Boulevard Tequesta, Florida 33469 Legal Description: ALS PLAT OF VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA PT OF TR A LYG E OF & ADJ TO PAR 2, TRS B THROUGH J & NOT LABELED AREAS A/K /A/ PAR 1 PCN: 60- 43- 40- 30 -46- 001 -0000 The Special Magistrate appointed by the Village Council to hear code compliance cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, heard testimony at the Code Compliance Hearing held on the 23r day of April, 2015, and based on evidence and testimony presented, entered an Order Finding Violation. The following Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order are hereby entered: FINDINGS OF FACT 1. Respondent is the owner of the above - described property. 2. Respondent was present at the hearing, represented by regional manager Ross Steketee and Executive Director Lisa Sliney. There was a finding of proper notice. Page 1 of 3 3. Based upon the evidence, and testimony presented at the hearing on April 23, 2015, the Special Magistrate found Respondent to be in violation of Chapter 14 Article VI Sections 14 -152 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW The facts stated above provide sufficient evidence that Respondent is in violation of of Chapter 14 Article VI Sections 14 -152 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. ORDER Respondent is hereby ordered to comply with Chapter 14 Article VI Sections 14 -152 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by proceeding to have its new sign application processed by the Village Planning and Zoning Advisory Board as soon as possible. Respondent is assessed $212.96 for administrative costs incurred by the Village for today's hearing. Please take notice that you must appear at the Status Hearing, which will be held on the 28th day of May 2015 at 10:00 a.m, at Village Hall Council Chambers, 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469 unless the Code Enforcement Officer certifies that you have timely brought your property into compliance. Upon complying in any code compliance matter, it is always the responsibility of the Respondent to contact the Code Compliance Division at (561) 768 -0506 to request a re- inspection of the property. A certified copy of this Order may be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the property upon which the violation exists and upon any other real or personal property owned by Respondents, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes.
