REQUEST: Minor site plan modification to install decorative architectural features on the front
elevation of a building.
ORDER APPROVING APPLICATION
This cause came was heard upon the above application and the Tequesta Planning and Zoning
Board considered the evidence presented by the applicant and other interested persons at a hearing
called and properly noticed. The Planning and Zoning Board being otherwise duly advised,
THEREUPON, THE TEQUESTA PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD FINDS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The subject property is located in the mixed used district in the Village of Tequesta.
2. The applicant submitted all documents required by the Village's Code of Ordinances for
Planning and Zoning Board review and final action.
3. The application, all supporting documents, and presentation materials were reviewed by
the Planning and Zoning Board at a meeting on May 21, 2015, and as kept on file by the
Village, are made a part of this order and are hereby incorporated by reference.
4. Under section 22 -53, approval by the Village Planning and Zoning Board is required
because the estimated cost of this modification does not exceed ten thousand dollars and
does not change the building footprint, height, number of stories or square footage of the
building.

5. The applicant has applied for approval of a minor site plan modification to install two
identical decorative architectural features on the building front.
6. Under the Village Code of Ordinances, the Planning and Zoning Board has the right,
power and authority to act upon the Applicant's request.
IT IS THEREUPON CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
the application for approval of a minor site plan modification to install two identical decora-
tive architectural features on the front elevation of the building, Case No. SPM 3 -15 "Celtic
Home Gallery ", at the above - referenced property in the Village of Tequesta, Palm Beach
County, Florida, and attached to this order as Exhibit is hereby APPROVED.
Please Note:
• The term applicant(s) as used here shall include all successors and assigns.
• The applicant's site plan approval shall expire in twelve (12) months unless a building permit
has been obtained in accordance with Sec. 78- 334(9). If the building permit expires or is voided,
the site plan approval also expires or becomes void.
DONE AND ORDERED on May 21, 2015.
