ORDER CONTINUING FINE ASSESSMENT HEARING
RE: Violation of Chapter 14, Article VI, Section 14 -152; and Chapter 14, Article VI,
Section 14 -157 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.

The Special Magistrate appointed by the Village Council to hear code compliance cases for
the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, heard testimony at the
Code Compliance Hearing held on May 28, 2015. Based upon evidence and testimony presented,
the following Findings of Fact, and Order are hereby entered:
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. Respondent is the owner of the property described above. Respondent was present at the
hearing; there was a finding of proper notice.
2. Based upon evidence, pictures, and testimony presented at the May 28, 2015 hearing,
Respondent was still in violation of Chapter 14, Article VI, Section 14 -152; and Chapter
14, Article VI, Section 14 -157 of the Village Code of Ordinances.
3. Respondent requested additional time to become compliant.
ORDER
IT IS ORDERED that the Fine Assessment Hearing of this matter shall be continued until
July 23, 2015. Respondent is ordered to bring her property into compliance by July 22, 2015.
The assessment of $196.46 for administrative costs incurred by the Village at the January 22,
2015 hearing I'S REAFFIRMED.
Please take notice that you must appear at the Fine Assessment Hearing, which will be held
on the July 23, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Village Hall Council Chambers, 345 Tequesta Drive,

Tequesta, Florida 33469 unless the Code Enforcement Officer certifies that you have timely
brought your property into compliance.
Upon complying in any code compliance matter, it is always the responsibility of the
Respondents to contact the Code Compliance Division at (561) 768 -0506 to request a re-
inspection of the property.
A certified copy of this Order may be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach County,
Florida, and once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the property upon which the violation
exists and upon any other real or personal property owned by Respondent, pursuant to Chapter
162, Florida Statutes.
