The Village Council of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, will conduct a Regular Village
Council Meeting on Thursday, November 17, 2005, commencing at 7:00 PM in the
Tequesta Recreation Center, 399 Seabrook Road, Tequesta, Florida.
For your information, an agenda of the items to be considered by the Village Council at
the Thursday, November 17, 2005 Village Council Meeting will be available on
Thursday, November 10, 2005, at the Village Manager's Office, 250 Tequesta Drive,
Suite 300, Tequesta, Florida.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICED AND BE ADVISED: "If any person decides to appeal
any decision made by this Village Council with respect to any matter considered at this
meeting, he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose,
he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which
record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based."

GRASSY FLATS RESTAURANT
Public Notice is hereby given that the Village of Council of the Village of Tequesta has rescheduled
the Public Hearing for the Village Council Regular Meeting from Thursday, November 10, 2005 to
Thursday, November 17, 2005 beginning at 7:00 P.M, in the Tequesta Recreation Center, 399
Seabrook Road, Tequesta, Florida to consider:
An application from Michael R. Vaccaro, lessee of the property located at
157 U.S.Highway One, Tequesta Shoppes, requesting a variance to
the terms of the "Official Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Tequesta,
Florida", Article IX. Supplemental Regulations, Division 1. Generally,
Sec. 78-298, Establishments Selling Intoxicating Beverages:
Sec. 78-298 -All places of business selling mtoxicatrng liquors, wines and
beverages for consumption on the premises shall not be located within a 1,000-
footradius ofany church, school or youth center. The 1,000 feet shall be mea-
sured in a straight line from main entrance door to main entrance door.
The applicant is seeking relief from the regulation above to sell intoxicating liquors, wines
and beverages for consumption on the premises at the Grassy Flats restaurant located at 157
U.S.Highway One, Tequesta, Florida. The restaurant is to be located within 1,000 feet of St.
Judes Church located at 204 U.S.Highway One, Tequesta, Florida.
At such time and place, the Village Council will hear all evidence in support of or in opposition to
this application. A copy of this variance application to be considered by the Village Council at the
Thursday, November 17, 2005 Regular Council Meeting will be available for review on Thursday,

Public Notice is hereby given that the Village Council of the Village of Tequesta has rescheduled
the Public Hearing for the Village Council Regular Meeting from Thursday, November 10, 2005
to Thursday, November 17, 2005, beginning at 7:00 P.M. in the Tequesta Recreation Center, 399

An application from Bruce Nierman, lessee of the properly located at 383
Tequesta Drive, Gallery Squaze North, requesting a vaziance to the terms of the
