VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA
PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD MEETING
The Planning and Zoning Advisory Board of the Village of Tequesta will conduct a Public Hearing in the Village Hall located
at the Village Council Chambers located at 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida on June 18, 2015 at 5:30 p.m., or as soon
thereafter as possible and continuing from time to time and place to place as necessary to act upon the following
development application(s):
SPM 05-15 Application from Domus Divino Inc. for a minor site plan modification. The applicant is requesting to
modify a previously approved site plan by restriping existing parking lot to remove (two) 2 handicap spaces, and
adding one (1) regular parl<ing space and new landscape material. The application also includes a monument sign
improvement by installing a new sign face to an existing structure. The address of the proposed application is 187
Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida, 33469.
SPM 06-15 Application from Tequesta Country Club for a minor site plan modification. The applicant is
requesting to modify a previously approved site plan by replacing existing fence and gates for uniform chain link
and screening material. The address of the proposed application is 201 Country Club Drive, Tequesta, Florida,
33469.
Related documents are available for inspection and copying in the office of the Village Clerk at the Village Hall, Monday
through Friday during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Public Hearings may be continued from time to
time, as necessary. All interested persons are encouraged to come to the Public Hearings and be heard.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board or the Local Planning Agency
with respect to any matter considered at such meetings or hearings, he or she will need to insure that a verbatim record of
the proceedings is made, which record should include the testimony and evidence from which the appeal is to be based.
The Village of Tequesta does not provide such a record.
