Mr. Robert Garlo, Assistant Village Manager Summary: Council discussion regarding the Compensation and Classification Study of Village Employees. This item was tabled from the Apri114, 2006 Regular Council Meeting. VII. CONSENT AGENDA All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Village Council Member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered in its normal sequence on the Agenda. 5. Site Plan update for Constitution Park -Phase II Renovation [Tab 10] Mr. Greg Corbitt, Director of Parks and Recreation Summary: Council approval of Site Plan renovations, Phase II, Constitution Park, and Council approval of Resolutions 76-05/06, 78- • 05/06, and 77-05/06 by separate motion. a) RESOLUTION 76-05/06 - A Resolution of the Village Council of the Village of Tequesta, Palm Beach County Florida, Awarding a Contract to Ball Products, Inc., of Deland, Florida, in the amount of $8,081.50 fora 15' x 25' x 8' Shade Zone Cantilever Unit for the Skate Park from budgeted account #300-316-663.672 and Authorizing the Village Manager to execute the applicable contract on behalf of the Village. [Tab 10] Mr. Greg Corbitt, Director of Parks and Recreation Summary: Council approval of Resolution 76-05/06 for a Shade Zone Cantilever Unit for the Skate Park at Constitution Park in the amount of $8,081.50. b) RESOLUTION 78-05/06 - A Resolution of the Village Council of the Village of Tequesta, Palm Beach County Florida, Awarding a Contract to Landscape Structures, Inc., of Delano, MN, in the amount of $15,872.36 for the Skate Wave Equipment for Constitution Skate Park from budgeted account #303-316-663.672 and Authorizing the Village Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the Village. Council appointment of Planning and Zoning Advisory Boazd "Regular Member" for athree-year term. Mr. William Wilder, resident of Tequesta Gardens resigned from the Board since be was moving out of town. 12. Council appointment of a "Resident Member" to Public Safety Officers • Pension Boazd for atwo-yeaz term. Ms. Geraldine Genco, Council representative and resident of Tequesta has resigned from the Board effective May 2006. 13. Council discussion to schedule a date and topic for the next Council Workshop.
