a) RESOLUTION 76-05/06 - A Resolution of the Village Council of the
Village of Tequesta, Palm Beach County Florida, Awarding a Contract to
Ball Products, Inc., of Deland, Florida, in the amount of $8,081.50 fora 15'
x 25' x 8' Shade Zone Cantilever Unit for the Skate Park from budgeted
account #300-316-663.672 and Authorizing the Village Manager to execute
the applicable contract on behalf of the Village. [Tab 10]

Safety Officers Pension Board. Ms. Geraldine Genco, Council
representative and resident of Tequesta has resigned from the Board
effective May 2006.
