the end of this Agenda.

.(Non-Agenda Items for public comments are limited to
three (3) minutes, please. Anyone wishing to speak is
asked to complete a Public Comments Card, providing the
same to the Recording Secretary and, when called, go to
the podium and state his/her name for the record prior
to addressing the Village Council.

6200 at least three (3) working days before this Meeting.
Hearing impaired persons please note that wireless Hearing

(o) Miscellaneous Fees; Providing for Severability;
Providing for Repeal of Ordinances in Conflict;
Providing for Codification; Providing an Effective
Date. (Staff Recommends Approval)

A) Ordinance - Second Reading - An Ordinance of the
Village Council of the Village of Tequesta, Palm
Beach County, Florida, .Amending Exhibit "A" of
Section 2-30 of the Code of Ordinances, Village of
Tequesta, Florida, Relating to the Employees'
Pension Trust Funds to Comply with the Provisions of
Chapter 99-1, Laws of Florida, Amending Definitions,
Establishing a Separate Plan for Public Safety
Officers, Reconstituting the Board of Trustees to
Become the General Employee Board of Trustees,
Establishing a Public Safety Officer Board of
Trustees, Establishing Qualifications for Members
Thereof, Providing for Investment of Assets,
Providing for Plan and Asset Segregation; Providing
for Severability; Providing for Repeal of Ordinances
in Conflict; Providing for Codification; Providing
an Effective Date. (Staff Recommends Approval)
B) Consideration of Village of Tequesta Appointments to
General Employee Board of Trustees and the Public
Safety Officer Board of Trustees. (Staff Recommends
Approval)
