Secretary and, when called, go to the podium and
state his/her name for the record prior to
addressing the Village Council.

DOOR ATTORNEY/CLIENT SESSION:

the Village Manager to Meet in a Closed-Door
Attorney/Client Session for the Purpose of
Discussing Strategy Related to Litigation.
The Mayor Shall Announce:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE AND BE ADVISED: "If any person decides
to appeal any decision made by this Council with respect to
• any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, he/she
will need a record the proceedings, and that, for such
purpose, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record
of the proceedings is made, which record includes the
testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be
based."
PROCEDURES FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
PUBLIC HEARINGS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard on an official agenda item under
the section entitled: "Public Hearings"
COMMUNICATIONS
FROM CITIZENS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard concerning any matter under the
section entitled "Communications from Citizens"
OTHER AGENDA ITEMS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard on any official agenda item
when the Village Council calls for public comments.
Village Council Meetings are public business meetings, and as such, the Village Council
retains the right to limit discussions on any issue.
NOTE: Disabled persons who need an accommodation in order
to participate in this Village Council Meeting are
requested to contact the Village Manager's Office at 575-
6200 at least three (3) working days before this Meeting.
Hearing impaired persons please note that wireless Hearing
• Assistance System receivers are available by requesting the
same from the Recording Secretary.
