COMMUNICATIONS FROM CITIZENS Thomas Little, 486 Dover Roac} noted that most of the people in the community are pleased and supportive of the Village Council's efforts in appealing the ENCON lawsuit and encouraged the Village Council to move forward and not to back down. Peggy Verhoeven, 18996 Point Drive, commented that she and others are extremely supportive of continuing the lawsuit against ENCON. Should the Village get an Appeal, it would need to count on Attorney Hawkin's brilliant strategy to prevail. She also .felt that this was no longer a sewering issue but more of a personal vendetta between ENCON and the Village. She encouraged the Village Council to go forward and to get back into court again with every bit of evidence we have.
