HomeMy WebLinkAboutNotice_Planning and Zoning_08/20/2015 PUSLIC NOTICE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD MEETING The Planning and Zoning Board ofthe Village ofTequesta will conduct a Public Hearing in the Village Hall located at the Village Council Chambers located at 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida on August 20, 2015 at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible and continuing from time to time and place to place as necessary to act upon the fiollowing development application(s): SPM 9-15: Application from ALS North America Inc./Brookdale Senior Living inc. for a site plan modification to install one (1) monument sign, one (1) directional sign, one (1) security sign, one (1) stop sign, two (2) freestanding building identification signs, three (3) wall mounted welcome identification signs, and two (2) wall mounted private residential community-no trespassing-signs at building entrances. The application also includes landscape improvements at the base of freestanding signs and green screen around mechanical equipment on the west side of the existing buildings. The address of the proposed application is 205-211 Village Boulevard, Tequesta, Florida, 33469. VAR 02-15: Application from Truman F. Williams III for a relief from Sec. 76-20 (a) (1) to allow the installation of a 96 foot waterward dock length, where the code allows 75 foot. The address of the property is 59 River Drive, Tequesta, Florida, 33469. Related documents are available for inspection and copying in the office of the Village Clerk at the Village Hall, Monday through Friday during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.me The Public Hearings may be continued from time to time, as necessary. All interested persons are encouraged to come to the Public Hearings and be heard. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Planning and Zoning Board with respect to any matter considered at such meetings or hearings, he or she will need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record should include the testimony and evidence from which the appeal is to be based.
