REQUEST: adult congregate living facility use, to install signage and screening
ORDER GRANTING SITE PLAN MODIFICATION
This cause came on to be heard upon the above application and the Tequesta Village
Council having considered the evidence presented by the applicant and other interested persons at a
hearing called and properly noticed, and the Tequesta Village Council, being otherwise duly
advised,
THEREUPON, THE TEQUESTA VILLAGE COUNCIL FINDS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The subject property is located in the MU mixed -use zoning district in the Village of
Tequesta
2. The applicant submitted all documents required by the Village's Code of Ordinances for
Site Plan modification review and final action.
3. The application and all supporting documentation and presentation materials as reviewed
by the Village Council at its September 10, 2015 meeting, and as kept on file by the Vil-
lage, are made a part hereof and are hereby incorporated by reference.
4. According to section 78 -334, approval by the Village Council is required.
5. The applicant has applied for approval of a site plan modification to install one (1) mon-
ument sign, one (1) directional sign, one (1) security sign, one (1) stop sign, two (2)
freestanding building identification signs, three (3) wall mounted welcome identification
signs, and two (2) wall mounted private residential community -no trespassing -signs at

building entrances. The application also includes landscape improvements at the base of
freestanding signs and green screen around mechanical equipment on the west side of
the existing buildings.
6. Under the Village Code of Ordinances, the Village Council has the right, power and
authority to act upon the Applicant's request.
IT IS THEREUPON CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
The application to modify a previously approved site plan to install one (1) monument sign, one (1)
directional sign, one (1) security sign, one (1) stop sign, two (2) freestanding building identification
signs, three (3) wall mounted welcome identification signs, and two (2) wall mounted private
residential community -no trespassing -signs at building entrances. The application also includes
landscape improvements at the base of freestanding signs and green screen around mechanical
equipment on the west side of the existing buildings, regarding the above - referenced property in the
Village of Tequesta, Palm Beach County, Florida, attached to this order as Exhibit A is hereby
APPROVED.
Please note:
• The term applicant(s) as used here shall include all successors and assigns.
• The applicant's site plan approval shall expire in twelve (12) months unless a building permit
has been obtained in accordance with Sec. 78- 334(9). If the building permit expires or is voided,
the site plan approval also expires or becomes void.
