KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That Sterling House Corporation, a Kansas Corporation, organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of
the State of Kansas, having its principal place of business in the City of Wichita, and County of Sedgwick in the
State of Kansas, party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), in lawful money
(and other good and valuable considerations unto it moving) to it paid by VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, party of the
second part, the sufficiency and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by it, has granted, bargained, sold,
transferred, set over and delivered, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, transfer, set over and deliver unto
the party of the second part and its assigns, all those certain goods and chattels, described as follows:
