Dear Michael:
As pomised, at last evening's Commission Meeting I put on the agenda an update on the Infra-
Structure Project. Our discussion included your proposal that the Town of Jupiter Inlet Colony pay
a 25% surcharge for water. We voted on that proposal which was unanimously rejected. We also
discussed your earlier proposal that the Town pay a 9°/o Utility Service Tax for water or an
equivalent dollar amount. We also voted on that proposal which was unanimously rejected.
Finally, I am pleased to report that we discussed the Agreement Reapportioning Bid Costs and
unanimously passed it. I hope that we can now move forward with the project.
Yours truly,
`3
