Construction, Inc., Applicant PROPERTY LOCATION: 425 Beach Road, Tequesta, FL 33469 LEGAL DESCRIPTION: CLIVEDEN JUPITER ISLAND FILED 2 -16 -96 OR9127 P375 PARCEL CONTROL NUMBER: 60- 43- 40 -31 -34 -001 REQUEST: For a minor site plan modification to install one bay window on the east side of Cabana Building 6 to match the existing bay window on the west side of Cabana Building 6. ORDER GRANTING MINOR SITE PLAN MODIFICATION This cause was heard upon the above application and the Tequesta Planning and Zoning Board considered the evidence presented by the Applicant and other interested persons at a hearing called and properly noticed on October 15, 2015. The Planning and Zoning Board being otherwise duly advised, THEREUPON, THE TEQUESTA PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD FINDS AS FOLLOWS: 1. The subject property is located in the multiple family dwelling district (R -3) in the Vil- lage of Tequesta. 2. The applicant submitted all documents required by the Village's Code of Ordinances for Planning and Zoning Board review and final action. 3. The application, all supporting documents, and presentation materials were reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Board at a meeting on October 15, 2015, and as kept on file by the Village, are made a part of this order and are hereby incorporated by reference. 4. According to section 22 -53, approval by the Village Planning and Zoning Board is re- quired because the modification does not exceed ten thousand dollars in estimated costs and does not change the footprint, height, number of stories or square footage of any building. 5. The applicant has applied for approval of a minor site plan modification. 6. Under the Village Code of Ordinances, the Planning and Zoning Board has the right, power and authority to act upon the Applicant's request. IT IS THEREUPON CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: The application for a minor site plan modification to install one bay window at the east side of Cabana Building 6 to match the existing bay window at the west side of Cabana Building 6 in Case No. SPM 10 -15, regarding the above - referenced property in the Village of Tequesta, Palm Beach County, Florida, attached to this order as Exhibit A is hereby APPROVED. Please Note: • The term applicant(s) as used here shall include all successors and assigns. • The applicant's site plan approval shall expire in twelve (12) months unless a building permit has been obtained in accordance with Sec. 78- 334(9). If the building permit expires or is voided, the site plan approval also expires or becomes void.
