The Special Magistrate appointed by the Village Council to hear code compliance cases for
the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard testimony at
the Code Compliance Hearing held on September 24, 2015, and based on the evidence and
testimony presented, enters an Order Finding Repeat Violation and Assessing Fine. The following
Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order are hereby entered:
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. Respondent is the owner of the above - described property.
2. Respondent was present at the hearing and there was a finding of proper notice.
3. Based upon evidence and testimony presented, the Special Magistrate finds that the
property was in violation of Section 30 -33 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of
Tequesta from August 19, 2015 until September 22, 2015, a period of thirty-four days.
4. This is a repeat violation of the same Village Code section from an Order Finding Repeat
Violation And Assessing Fine dated March 26, 2016 in case number 2012- 00025.
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
Based on the above - stated facts, Respondent was in repeat violation of Chapter 30, Article II,
Section 30 -33 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta for a four day period.
ORDER
It is the Order of the Special Magistrate that a fine of three hundred dollars for the repeat
violation that existed on the property from August 19, 2015 until September 22, 2015.
Respondent is ordered to maintain strict compliance with section 30 -33 or the Village Code or
ordinances. Respondent may pay this fine within sixty days.
Respondent is assessed the Village's administrative costs in the amount of two hundred
eighty-three dollars and forty-eight cents.
A certi�ed copy of this Order may be �-ecorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach Counry,
Florida, and, once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the property upon which the violation
exits and upon any other real or personal property owned by the Respondents, pursuant to Chapter
162, Florida Statutes.
Upon complying in any code compliance matter, it is always the responsibility of the

inspection of the property.
