CALL TO ORDER e4ND ROLL CALL
The Village of Tequesta Planning and Zoning Advisory Board held a regularly scheduled
meeting at the Tequesta Village Hail, 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida, on Thursday,
October 15, 2015. The meeting was called to order at 5:32 p.m. A roll call was taken by
Nilsa Zacarias, Director of Community Development, who noted the following were present:
Chair Janet Strand, Board Member Steven P. Eagen, Board Member Ashley Warren,
Alternate Board Member Sebastian A. Loaiza and Alternate Board Member Leslee Dasher.
Vice Chair Michael Schmidt and Board Member Elizabeth Schauer were absent.
Also present were Community Development Director Nilsa Zacarias and Village Attorney
Jack Rice.

Board Member Warren moved to approve the agenda as submitted; Board Member Eagen
seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous 5-0 vote.

Board Member Levine moved to approve the minutes of the August 20, 2095 meeting as
submitted. Board Member Dasher seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous 5-0
vote.
�. SP�9 10-'�5 Application from the Cliveden, Jupiter Island Condominium Association
for a minor site plan modification. The applicant is requesting to install one (1) bay window
on the east side of the Cabana Building 6, to match existing west side bay window. The
address of the proposed application is 425 Beach Road, Tequesta, Florida, 33469.
Attorney Rice noted the item and asked the Board for ex-parte communications; there were
none. He then swore in Gary Maresca and Paul Skidell who represented SPM 10-15.

Board Member Eagen moved to approve SPM 10-15. Board Member Loaiza seconded the
motion, which carried by unanimous 5-0 vote

Upon motion by Board Member Eagen; seconded by Board Member Warren, and
unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned at 5:36 p.m.
