The System will be able to make any of the sources ( 4 cable boxes, 4 sat boxes, 1 bluray, 1 dispatch computer, 1 wall plate with VGA and HDMI, 1 streamer, and 1 airmedia player) display on any of the 8 displays provided by the client. The audio system that is existing will be integrated into the new system. The limitations of the audio system existing is that only 8 of the sources can have audio broadcast through the audio system. The client will determine which sources they want audio from and we will install the system that way. The system is capable of passing 4K signals with HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2. The system can be expanded to 16 sources and 16 displays at a later date if needed /wanted. The displays, cable boxes, streamer, sat boxes, computers, IPad, and IPad license, audio system (including speakers, amplifiers, and mixers, as well as equipment rack and all the equipment inside of the equipment rack are to be provided by the client. Upon request, the Contractor must provide the public with access to such records in accordance with access and cost requirements of Chapter 119, Florida Statutes. Further, the Contractor shall ensure that any exempt or confidential records associated with this Agreement or associated with the performance of the work described in the Scope of Services are not disclosed except as authorized by law. Finally, the Contractor shall retain the records described in this paragraph throughout the performance of the work described in the Scope of Services, and at the conclusion of said work, transfer to the Village, at no cost to the Village, all such records in the possession of the Contractor and destroy any duplicates thereof. Records that are stored electronically must be transferred to the Village in a format that is compatible with the Village's information technology systems.
