Address: 391 Seabrook Road Tequesta, Florida 33469 Legal Description: RESUB OF A PORTION OF JUPITER IN THE PINES SEC B LT 36 BLK 16 PCN: 60-42-40-25-10-016-0360 The Special Magistrate appointed by the Village Council to hear code compliance cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard testimony at the Code Compliance Hearing held on the 3rd day of December, 2015, and based on the evidence and testimony presented, enters an Order Finding Violation and Setting Status Hearing. The following Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order are hereby entered: FINDINGS OF FACT 1. The Respondent is the owner of the above-described property. 2. The Respondent was represented at the hearing by Pravim Patel; notice was proper. 3. Based upon the evidence, pictures and testimony presented at the hearing on December 3, 2015, the Special Magistrate found that the property remained in violation of 5ections 70-31 and 78-304. Page 1 of 2 CONCLUSIONS OF LAW The above-stated facts constitute a violation of Sections 70-31 and 78-304 of the Code of Ordinances of tl�e Village of Roya] Palm Beac11. ORDER TIIe Respondent is hereby order•ed to comply with Sections 70-31 and 78-304 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta Uy Januury 27, 2016 or a fine of up to One Hundred Fifty Dollars per day may be imposed for each day of noncompliance. A Status Hearing is set for January 28, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Should you violate the same Section of the Code again, you may be subject to a fine of up to $500.00 per day for such repeat violation. Additionally, the Code Inspector is not required to give a reasonable time to correct the i•epeat violation and the case may be presented to the Special Magistrate even if the repeat violation has been corrected prior to the Special Magistrate hearing. Please take notice that you must appear at the Status Hearing which will be held on January 28, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Village Hall Council Chambers, 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469 unless the Code Enforcement Officer certi�es that yott have timely brought your property into compliance. Upon complying in any code compliance matter, it is always the responsibility of the Respondents to contact the Code Compliance Division at (561) 768-0506 to request a re- inspection of the property.
