Address: 380 CHURCH RD Tequesta,Florida 33469 Legal Description: JiJPITER IN THE PINES SEC B LT 1 BLK 32 PCN: 60-42-40-25-06-032-0010 The Special Magistrate appointed by the Village Council to hear code compliance cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard testimony at the Code Compliance Hearing held on December 3, 2015, and based on the evidence and testimony presented, enters an Order Finding Repeat Violation and Assessing Fine. The following Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law,and Order are hereby entered: FINDINGS OF FACT 1. The Respondents are the owners of the above-described property. 2. The Respondenis werenot present at the hearing;however, there was a fmding of proper notice. 3. Based upon evidence and testimony presented,the Special Magistrate finds that the properiy was in violation of Sectio�0-33 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta from November 13, 2015 through December 3, 2015, a period of twenty(20) days, and that the violation continues to exist. 4. This is a repeat violation of the same Village Code section from an"Order Finding Violation And Assessing Fine" dated October 8,2012 in case number 2012-000101. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Based on the above-stated facts, Respondents are in repeat violation of Section 30-33 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. ORDER It is the Order of the Special Magis�rate that a Fine of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) is hereby assessed, at Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per day, for the repeat violation which existed on the property beginning November 13, 2015, through December 3, 2015, a period of Twenty days, and the fine amount shall continue to accrue at Five Hundred Dollars ($500)per day until compliance is achieved. Respondents also are assessed the Village's administrative costs in the amount of$197.98. A certified copy of this Order may be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and, once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the properiy upon which the violation exits and upon any other real or personal properiy owned by the Respondents, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes. Upon complying in any code compliance matter, it is always the responsibility of the Respondents to contact the Code Compliance Division at(561) 768-0506 to request a re-inspection of the property.
