Address: 325 Beach Road #106 Tequesta, Florida 33469 Legal Description: ISLAND HOUSE SOUTHWE5T CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION APTS DWELLING LTNIT 106 PCN: 60-43-44-30-11-000-0060 The Special Magistrate appointed by the Village Council to hear code compliance cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard testimony at the Code Compliance Hearing held on the 3rd day of December, 2015, and based on the evidence and testimony presented, enters an Order Finding Violation and Setting Status Hearing. The following Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order are hereby entered: FINDINGS OF FACT 1. The Respondents are the owners of the above-described property. 2. The Respondents were not present at the hearing; however, there was a finding of proper notice. 3. Based upon the evidence, pictures and testimony presented at the hearing on December 3, 2015, the Special Magistrate found that the property remained in violation of Section, 14-152. Page 1 of 2 CONCLUSIONS OF LAW The above-stated facts constitute a violation of Section 14-152 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Royal Palm Beac�l. ORDER The Respondents are hereby is ordered to comply with Section 14-152 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by January 27, 2016. If Respondents fail to comply with Section 15-152 by January 26, 2016, then a fine of up to One Hundred Dollars per day may be imposed for each day of noncoinpliance. Respondents are also assessed $209.94 for administrative costs incurred by the Village prior to the hearing on December 3, 2015. A Status Hearing is set for January 28, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Should you violate the same Section of the Code again, you may be subject to a�ne of up to $500.00 per day for such repeat violation. Additionally, the Code Inspector is not required to give a reasonable time to correct the repeat violation and the case may be presented to the Special Magistrate even if the repeat violation has been corrected prior to the Special Magistrate hearing. Please take notice that you rnust appear at the Status Hearing which will be held on the 28th day of January, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Village Hall Council Chainbers, 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469 unless the Code Enforceinent Officer certi�es that you have timely brought your property into compliance. Upon complying in any code compliance matter, it is always the responsibility of the Respondents to contact the Code Compliance Division at (561) 768-0506 to request a re- inspection af the property.
