Address: 175 Tequesta Drive Tequesta, Florida 33469 Legal Description: 30-40-43; TH PT OF SW 1 /4 IN OR1252P482, BEING N 210 FT OF SLY 1420.49 FT OF W 100 FT OF E 408.09 FT LYG W OF CENTER LI PCN: 60-43-40-30-00-000-7150 The Special Magistrate appointed by the Village Council to hear code compliance cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard testimony at the Code Compliance Hearing held on the 3rd day of December, 2015, and based on the evidence and testimony presented, enters an Order Finding Violation and Setting Status Hearing. The following Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order are hereby entered: FINDINGS OF FACT 1. The Respondent is the owner of the above-described property. 2. The Respondent was not present at the hearing; however, there was a finding of proper notice. 3. Based upon the evidence, pictures and testimony presented at the hearing on December 3, 2015, the Special Magistrate found that the property remained in violation of Section 46-73. Page 1 of 2 CONCLUSIONS OF LAW The above-stated facts constitute a violation of Section 46-73 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Royal Palm Beach. ORDER T11e Respondent hereby is ordered to comply with Section 46-73 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta within 7 days of' the date of this order or a fine of one hundred dollars may be imposed for each day of noncoinpliance beyond 7 dates fi•om the execution of this order. Respondent also is assessed $197.36 for administi•ative costs incurred by the Village prior to December 3, 2015. A Status Hearing is set for January 28, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Should you violate the same Section of the Code again, you tnay be subject to a fine of up to $500.00 per day for such repeat violation. Additionally, the Code Inspector is not required to give a reasonable time to correct the repeat violation and the case may be presented to the Special Magistrate even if the repeat violation has been corrected prior to the Special Magistrate hearing. Please take notice that you must appear at the Status Hearing which will be held on the 28th day of January 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Village Hall Council Chambers, 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469 unless the Code Enforcement Officer certifies that you have tiinely brought your property into compliance. Upon complying in any code compliance matter, it is always the responsibility of the Respondents to contact the Code Compliance Division at (561) 768-0506 to reyuest a re- inspection of the property.
