The Special Magistrate appointed by the Village Council to hear code compliance cases for the
Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Flor•icla Stuti�tes, has heard testimony at the Code
Compliance Special Magistl Hearing held on the December 3, 2015 and based on the evidence and
testimony presented, entered an Order Assessing Fine. The following Findings of Fact, Conclusions of
Law and Order are hereby entered:
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. The Respondent is the owner� of the above-described property.
2. The Respondent was present at the hearing, represented by Patrick Murphy and
Chris Hanes; there was a finding of proper notice.
3. By the "Order Finding Violation" dated October 28, 2015, the Special Magistrate ordered
the Respondent to comply with Sections 30-33, 79-397, and Appendix B(sections 303
and 303.2) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta on or before October 28,
2015.

4. Based upon the evidence, pictures and testimony presented at the hearing on December 3,
2015, the Special Magistrate found that the properry remained in violation of Sections 30-
33, 79-397 and A��pcndix B(sections 303 and 303.2) of the Village of Tequesta Code of
Ordinances.
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
The above-stated facts constitute a continuing violation of Sections 30-33, 79-397 and Appendix
B(sections 303 and 303.2) of the Code of Ordinances of tl�e Village of Tequesta.
ORDER
It is the Order of the Special Magistrate that a Fine of Three Thousand Six Hundred Dollars
($3,600) is hereby assessed, at One Hundred Dollais ($100.00) per day, for the violations which have
existed on the property beginning from October 28, 2015 through December 3, 20l 5, a period of thirty-
six days; and the fine amount shall continue to acciue at One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per day until
compliance is achieved.
The Respondent was also assessed $198.96 for administrative costs incurred by the Village prior
to December 3, 2015.
A certified copy of this Ot•der may be recoi•ded in the Public Records of Palm Beach County,
Florida, and, once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the pi•operty upon which the violation exits and
upon any other real or personal property owned by the Respondents, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida
Statutes.
Upon complying in any code compliance matter, it is always the responsibility of the

the property.
