(Staff Recommends Approval) B) Resolution No. 17-9495 - Approving a Format Relating to Public School Age Population Agreements to be Utilized when the Village Council Approves a Residential Project. (Staff Recommends Approval) C) Resolution No. 18-9495 - Providing for Amendments to the Village Budgets Adopted for the Fiscal Year Commencing October 1, 1994. Village Council Meeting Agenda April 13, 1995 Page 4- ------------------------------ PROCEDURES FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION The public is encouraged to offer comments to the Village Council at their meetings during Public Hearings, Communications from Citizens and on any other agenda item. Please complete a "Comments By The Public" card and give it to the Recording Secretary. When yow name is called, please step up to the podium and state, for the record, your name and address. PUBLIC HEARINGS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard on an official agenda item under the section entitled "Public Hearings." COMMUNICATIONS FROM CITIZENS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard concerning any matter under the section entitled "Communications From Citizens." OTHER AGENDA TEEMS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard on an official Y agenda item when the Village Council calls for public comments. Village Council Meetings are public business meetings, and as such, the Village Council retains the right to limit discussion on any issue. NOTE: Disabled persons who need an accommodation in order to participate in this Village Council Meeting are requested to contact the Village Manager r s Office at 575-6200 at least three ( 3 ) working days before this Meeting.
