Financial Advisory Services with Florida Municipal
Advisors, Inc., of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, for
Financial Advisory Services Necessary for the
Proposed 1994 Bond Issue and Authorization for the
Village Manager to Execute the Same on Behalf of
Tequesta. (Staff Recommends Approval)
*B) Consideration of Approval of Bond Counsel
Engagement Letter with Mark Raymond, Esq., of
Moyle, Flanagan, Katz, Fitzgerald and Sheehan,
P.A., of West Palm Beach, Florida, in the Amount of
$10,000 for Bond Counsel Services Associated with
the 1994 Bond Issue and Authorizing the Mayor to
Execute the Same on Behalf of Tequesta. (Staff
Recommends Approval)

C) Status Report on Activities Associated with the
Proposed 1994 Bond Issue. Clark Bennett, Florida
Municipal Advisors, Inc.
D) Ordinance - First Reading - Amending Chapter 11.5
of the Code of Ordinances at Section 11.5-21
Relating to the Prohibition of Parking of Vehicles,
Boats, Machinery, Etc. on Swales Adjacent to
Tequesta Drive and Country Club Drive within the
Village; Providing for Permits; Providing for
Severability; Providing for Repeal of Ordinances in
Conflict; Providing for Codification; Providing an
Effective Date. (Staff Recommends Approval)
E) Ordinance - First Reading - Amending Section 13.1
of the Village Code of Ordinances Relating to
Planning and Development at Article VI so as to
Provide that the Village Council may Require
Development Agreements for any Proposed Development
within the Village; Providing for Severability;
Providing for Repeal of Ordinances in Conflict;
Providing for Codification; Providing an Effective
Date. (Staff Recommends Approval)
*F) Consideration of Reappointment of Councilmember
Earl L. Collings as the Tequesta Representative on
the Jupiter Indiantown Road and Bridge Task Force
for a Term of One-Year. (Staff Recommends
Approval)
X. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
A) Ordinance No. 468 - Second Reading - Amending
Chapter 16 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village
of Tequesta by Amending Section 16.2,
Administrative Costs, Subsection (a), Base
Application Fees, Paragraphs (1) through (8); by
Adding new Paragraph (9), Comprehensive Land
Amendment/Land Use Change to Section 16-2,
Subsection (a), Base Application Fees, Providing
for Severability; Providing for Codification,
Providing an Effective Date. (Staff Recommends
Approval)
B) Update on Village Projects for Benefit of Village
Council Pursuant to Request of Councilmember Joseph

XII. COMMUNICATIONS FROM CITIZENS
(Non-Agenda Items for public comments are limited
to three (3) minutes, please. Anyone wishing to
speak is asked to complete a card with the
Recording Secretary and, when called, go to the
podium and state his/her name for the record prior
to addressing the Village Council.)
XIII. ADJOURNMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE AND SE ADVISED: "If any person decides to
appeal any decision made by this Council with respect to any matter
considered at this meeting or hearing, he/she will need a record of
the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he/she may need to
ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which
record. includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is
to be based."
PROCEDURES FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
The public is encowaged to offer comments to the Village Council at their meetings during Public Hearings, Communications from Citizens and on any other
agenda item. Please complete a "Comments By The Public" card and give it to the Recording Secretary. When your name is called, please step up to the podium
and state, for the record, yow name and address.
PUBLIC HEARINGS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard on an official agenda item under the section entitled "Public Hearings."
COMMUNICATIONS
FROM CITIZENS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard concerning any matter under the section entitled "Communications From
Citizens."
OTHER AGENDA ITEMS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard oo any official agenda item when the Village Council calls for public
comments.
Village Council Meetings are public business meetings, and as such, the Village Couacil retains the right to limit discussion on any issue.
NOTE: Disabled persons who need an accommodation in-order to
participate in this Village Council Meeting are requested to
contact the Village Manager's Office at 575-6200 at least three (3)
working days before this Meeting. Hearing impaired persons please
note that wireless Hearing Assistance System transmitters are
available by requesting the same from the Recording Secretary.
